Important Notes

• Company ID is a short identifier (e.g., "300", "BSL", "SJC")
• Display Name overrides the default entity name in reports and UI
• Accounting Basis determines cash vs accrual accounting (all entities default to Cash)
• Entity Slug and Name cannot be changed here (they are system keys)
• Changes are saved immediately to the database
